We’ve officially proclaimed 2009 as the year of the Air Jordan 1 (I) Retro, as a plethora of design have already released and with no end in sight. Jordan Brand’s latest idea is shown here, a pack consisting of two colorways in the Air Jordan 1 (I) model which have been dubbed the Cinco De Mayo Pack. We’ve seen a number of colorways of the Air Jordan Fusion 9 so far. One of the OG colorways that will be making a return on May 9th in the form of the Fusion 9 is this Black and Varsity Red colorup. As with all Fusion releases, the Air Jordan Fusion 9 as been met with mixed reviews. This particular colorway is a memorable one for me, as these were the first OG Jordans I was able to pick up as a kid. The colorway is a definite winner, as for the Fusion series, its growing on me, but I still would rather have my classic Jordans. Via NiceKicks
On Monday night me and my boy Travis aka Yay Area’s Finest were texting back and fourth about the Bulls/Celtics game. I kept saying stuff like “Where is Ray Ray at man. He is playing bad.” Travis would say, He is washed up, old, done, yada yada. Then in the 2nd half when Ray started hitting jumpers and then went crazy in the 4th quarter, Travis had nothing to say. Black, red and Cement is a classic colorway that has been reworked with the addition of Elephant print countless times. Many brands have tried to imitate the killer combo, but only one does it right. Jordan Brand, and to prove it, they’re bringing back the classic combo on a new silhouette, the Jordan Pro Classic.
Inspired by the classic OG Air Jordan IX, this sneaker features a predominately white upper with a solid black midsole. Other black accents appear on the shoelaces, tongue and ankle area. In addition, this sneaker also possesses minimal red accents on the tongue and heel Jordan logos. To finish it off, it is also complimented with a white outsole. The Jordan PHLY Legend has been done up in classic colorways a few times already, as well as some questionable make-ups as well. The latest colorway could be the best of the releases so far.
The Jordan PHLY Legend Infrared is a simple and fresh colorway inspired by the Air Jordan VI Infrared Colorway.

The Air Jordan 12 returns for 2009 in a fresh colorway.
The Air Jordan 12 Nubuck edition comes in an mostly black make-up with University Blue accents. Similar to the Nubuck “package” that dropped in 2003, which included a matching hoody and hat. No word on whether this time around they will drop with matching gear or not but since it’s been a while since we’ve seen any 12’s released (aside from the CDP), these will probably be a must have for most Jordan heads.
